– 1 jerrycan: I cycle at least once a week for 50 to 100 km, and I have rarely, if ever, cycled in the mountains.
– 2 containers I am a regular cyclist (2 to 4 times a week) and I can ride hilly routes without too much difficulty. I have already ridden on mountain roads.
– 3 containers I am a seasoned cyclist (over 8,000 km per year) and I can handle difficulties regardless of the elevation. I have already climbed several mountain passes and have experience in the mountains.

Anyone coming for a guided or unguided outing, using Joe Bike's services, must bring a bicycle in perfect working order and suited to their build and physical condition: bicycle size, gear ratios appropriate for a mountain route. Workshop services during the adventure are limited to a breakdown following an unforeseen incident (e.g. a puncture) and not a workshop service that could have been anticipated beforehand by the bicycle owner. Parts replaced will be billed at the end of the day.
On the other hand, it is possible for all participants to make use of the bicycle rental service and appropriate equipment for mountain biking.
We remind you that wearing a helmet is compulsory for the entire duration of the outing!
It is strongly advised that each participant bring their own cycling shoes and automatic pedals (of their preferred brand) as well as clothing suitable for all types of weather (rain, cold, wind).

1 large passenger vehicle (5 to 7 seats), a toolbox, a repair stand, a bar for hanging bicycles, solid and liquid supplies, storage crates for customers' belongings.

– A bicycle in perfect working order with appropriate gearing (50/34 x 11/32 or 34 for a cyclist capable of completing a one or two-bottle route & 52/36×11/32 or 34 or 50/34 x 11/30 to 34 for a three-bottle cyclist).
– A ventilated helmet
A pair of sunglasses
A pair of cycling gloves or mittens.
A pair of automatic shoes with cleats in good condition!
– A lightweight jacket or windbreaker and a rain jacket.
A pair of cufflinks
